Memshita's Jamming Tofu Delight

  1. dice stuff up real small and tiny whiny pieces
  2. grate the ginger
  3. bell pepper onions and garlic and tomatoes you sautee.
  4. dice up the tofu and put it in a big bowl and season it well with peppers and spike
  5. deep fry the tofu so that the tofu forms a crust ... really crisp
  6. add sautee
  7. add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and red peppers
  8. THE TRICK: add the ginger and honey to taste as the last step.
